Christmas Cartoon Classics

As a minor diversion from horse racing, and in the holiday spirit, here are three black-and-white classic Christmas cartoons I remember from my youth (god, talk about dating myself!). Our local television station continues to this day to run them, mostly during the dinner hour. Just like kids these days find it impossible to imagine a world without computers, cell phones and iPods, my teenage niece and nephew can’t believe we actually had to watch television in black-and-white. Shocking! And, yes, horse racing was also once one of the most popular spectator sports in America...go figure!
