$200,000 G2 Rampart Handicap at Gulfstream: Round Pond looks awesome, and Miss Shop is returning to dirt off big win on turf in the Sunshine Millions Fillies and Mares. The two of them should be battling it out for win and place. My sentimental choice: Tiger Belle (Tiger Ridge-Sanctioned, out of Maudlin).

$100,000 G3 Bay Meadows Breeders' Cup Sprint H: Only 4 starters! Is everyone afraid of Smokey Stover? Yeah, his 114 Beyer in the Sunshine Millions Sprint is damn impressive, and that he has never finished worse than second in 9 lifetime races (5-4-0). OK, maybe he is the best sprinter out there. Certainly in this race…

$300,000 G1 Santa Anita Oaks: Gotta love Rags to Riches, a full sister to last year’s Belmont Stakes winner Jazil. I also like Baroness Thatcher and Cash Included.
