Once their stud duties are completed here in the US, Darley will be sending Bernardini ($100,000), Henny Hughes ($40,000), Any Given Saturday ($40,000), Hard Spun ($50,000), and Street Sense ($75,000)—along with Manduro (€40,000) and Librettist (£10,000)—to Australia for their breeding season. Prices have not yet been announced, but don’t expect them to be cheap. Cha-ching!
Darley also announced that it has been confirmed that Hard Spun, Discreet Cat and Any Given Saturday have successfully impregnated mares this season…what about poor Street Sense? What would be the irony if he proved to be “under fertile”?

They've got a lot of cash to make up after the equine influenza debacle. I was wondering about Street Sense too - but I'd probably stick with breeding to daddy for now, since that seems to work.
I agree with superfecta. I think if I was breeding I'd stay with Street Cry until Street Sense proves he can (apart from successfully impregnating) transfer his talent from the track to breeding.
Of course, I'm probably the wrong guy to opine on this as being what I'd like to call the "biggest Curlin fan in the world," Street Sense always felt like the enemy to me. :)
Actually Street Sense has already had a couple of mares pronounced in foal at Lantern Hill Farm, so he is in fact fertile.
